Becoming a member in the Woodstock Agricultural Society is easy to do. Simply print the form below, complete and send to the Society with a check or money order in the amount of the membership fee - $200.00.
Once your application has been received, it takes two months to go through the approval procedure. The first month the application is presented to the Board of Directors and the second month the application is acted on by the Board of Directors. The applicant will receive notice in the mail of his/her acceptance into the Woodstock Agricultural Society along with a temporary life member pass which can be exchanged for a permanent pass either during the month of August or during the Fair.
We recommend that you submit your application by May to receive your membership for the current year Fair.
