How to enter...

All entries and stall reservations should be submitted electronically at https://woodstock.showgroundslive.com/.

​

Proof of Coggins, Rabies, Health Certificate within 30-days, or a Fair and Show Certificate dated April 2023, Vaccine Form signed by a Veterinarian, and Breed Registration papers (where applicable) MUST be emailed to the Woodstock Fair Horse Show when submitting your entry before your entry will be accepted as complete.

If entries are not complete by the closing date there will be an incomplete entry fee.

​

Any entries received after the closing date will be considered a post entry and charged a post entry fee.

​

Classes will have limits of 18 for walk trot, beginner and green horse classes in Ring 2 and Hunter Type Walk Trot in Ring 1 . Class limits for all other classes will be 25 in Ring 2 and 28 in Ring 1.
